If you draft agreements, if you have questions a lawyer should answer, if you would otherwise pay hourly for either, the subscription earns its keep.

The pricing is straight, too. Their registered agent line sits at $125 a year, and that figure held at every membership level when we looked, with no introductory rate attached to it. That is more transparency than half this industry manages, and none of what follows is a complaint about it.

It Is a Scope Question

Here is the whole argument, and it is short.

Georgia asks you to name a party who keeps a street address in this state and will take a summons during business hours. That is the requirement. Everything wrapped around it at Rocket Lawyer is a separate product you may or may not want.

Use the platform and $125 is fine. Never open it, and $125 is the price of scaffolding around a job that costs $99.

Plenty of owners are in the second group without ever having chosen to be.
